Policyholder talking to the assistant while doing the inspection by phone

PLANETUN LUNA

Luna is by the user's side, at every step.

Luna, the Planetun Virtual Assistant, talks by chat, voice or video right inside the journey, with nothing to install and without losing context. She guides the policyholder, handles support and alerts your team when she senses something is wrong.

One Luna, three ways to talk.

Policyholders choose how they prefer to talk. Luna stays the same, with the same memory and the same rules.

Luna Chat

Text and shortcuts inside the app, with guidance for each photo at the moment it is taken.

Luna Voice

"I'd rather talk" opens voice in the same conversation, with short, natural answers, without leaving the photo screen.

Luna Video

Camera, voice and face: in live video inspections, Luna sees what the policyholder shows and guides them part by part, like an adjuster.

Switching channels means repeating nothing: what was said in chat carries over to voice and video.

In every product and at every step.

Each product teaches Luna its own language and its own limits. She doesn't mix up cars and homes.

Luna Vehicle Inspection

Shows where the VIN is on that specific car, explains a warning light on the dashboard and says exactly what was left out of the frame.

Luna Property Inspection

Guides the home room by room, following each client's journey photos and rules.

Luna Assistance

Asks for the label, the fault and the equipment before the technician heads out, and puts safety first.

Luna Claims

Explains to the third party what to send and what comes next, without promising any amount the insurer hasn't offered.

Luna Support

Shows how to use each screen of the Planetun products, answers right away and opens a ticket for anything that needs a person, keeping its status visible until it is resolved.

Luna for brokers

The broker follows progress in a separate conversation, and the policyholder's conversation stays private.

She listens and acts early.

Luna doesn't wait until the end of the month to show where the journey gets stuck.

  1. 1.

    Listens

Suggestions, errors and complaints from product users and policyholders, with a screenshot and a ticket number to follow up.

  2. 2.

    Notices on her own

Unanswered questions, a photo rejected several times, an app error: whatever repeats becomes a single record, so the team can see the pattern.

  3. 3.

    Acts early

A serious complaint or a low rating becomes an immediate alert for the team to reach out to the customer, before dissatisfaction grows.

  4. 4.

    Learns

What she couldn't answer becomes an improvement to the manual and a test case, so the error doesn't come back.

Secure by design.

Never asks for sensitive data

Passwords, verification codes, cards and bank details stay out of the conversation.

Image privacy

A person in the frame is rejected. Documents and valuables stay out.

Clearly AI

Policyholders know they are talking to an AI, with a privacy notice before the camera opens.

Guides, and negotiates where the rules allow

In inspections and claims, Luna guides and the decision belongs to the review. For third-party property damage, she negotiates and closes the settlement within the authority limit the insurer sets. Beyond it, an adjuster steps in.

Turned on per journey, on the channel each product needs.

In Planetun Studio, Luna comes turned on in new journeys, and you choose the channel for each one: chat, voice or video. It works without integration, with requests sent from Studio itself, or with the request coming in through Planetun Orquestrador. The memory belongs to the process, not the device: the policyholder can come back another day and she picks up where they left off.
